We've made the call to close QualifyMate. Our last day is 31 August 2026.
We built QualifyMate because we kept watching brokers lose their evenings to paperwork. Renaming files. Re-keying payslips. Hunting for the one number that didn't add up.
For a while it worked. People told us they got their Sunday afternoons back. One broker messaged us at 11pm to say we'd caught a mistake that would have killed a deal. We kept those messages.
But market conditions turned against us, and carrying on stopped being sustainable. We tried. It wasn't enough. Rather than let the product quietly get worse, we'd rather stop while it still does what we said it would.
We know this means changing how you work, and that's not a small thing. Thank you for building us into your day while we were here.
What this means for your account
You won't be charged again
We've already cancelled your subscription. Nothing auto-renews. There's nothing you need to do.
You keep full access until your billing period ends
Everything works exactly as it does today, right up to the last day.
Get your files out before then
Download any client data, renamed files and income reports you want to keep. Once your access ends we can't pull them back for you.
Then your data is gone, properly
You trusted us with your clients' most sensitive information. When your access ends, everything you uploaded is permanently wiped. No backups. No archive. Nothing kept.
